Dedicated T-1's (DS1-DS3)
Dedicated, non-shared High speed internet 1.5MB of bandwidth and or multiple circuits delivering higher speed.

Fiber Optics
Select buildings have been lit with fiber optics which allows for a faster, cost effective means of internet service delivered over the fiber optic. The connection to the customer is an ethernet handoff.

Cable
Select buildings are lit with cable delivering high speed Internet, phone and TV. It is similar to fiber optic carriers and DSL service in that select buildings are lit and it is similar to the DSL in that it is a best effort shared service with others in your building and who are on your same cable.

ADSL
DSL in which the down load (from the internet) is faster the upload (to the internet speed). ADLS is delivered over copper and is a shared service with those in your building. The speed is not guaranteed at all times and can be affected by other businesses activity in your area.

SDSL
DSL in which the upload and the download speed are the same.

EOC (Ethernet Over Copper)
Multiple copper loops delivered to a customer's site. Similar to delivering many DSL loops. There is a bonding mechanism that takes place which then converts the copper handoff to Ethernet to customer equipment. Speeds available from 3MB/3MB to 100MB/100MB or additional with site survey.

Dynamic T-1's
T-1's, delivering both phone service and Internet split on one circuit. An IAD, piece of equipment, divides the channels for voice and data services.
